ETC, a leading provider of telemarketing and call center services, required
a website to clearly distinguish its high quality services.
- Zelacom interviewed senior management and toured ETC's headquarters, call
center, and warehouse facilities to get a first-hand feel for the way they
do business.
- We conducted an on-site digital photo shoot of ETC's workforce and
operations. These photos are utilized throughout the website as a means to
distinguish ETC from other firms that employ stock photography and clip-art
on their websites.
- We created three videos for the site: Services
(2.7M), Call Center (2.4M), and Staff Training (2.8M).
