Western Indemnity required a web site that would offer information and functionality to two distinct but equally important constituencies: insurance producers (brokers, agents) and healthcare providers (group practices, HMOs, etc.).
To meet this requirement, Zelacom developed an interface that clearly delineates the site's functional sections and categorizes them by constituent group. By streamlining the site's interface, producers and providers can quickly review and select from the convenient online "tools" specific to their unique needs.
The design is clean, visually consistent, and promotes convenience, speed, and satisfaction.
